PMI® global congresses are the premier events of choice for professional development and education, networking, information sharing and recognition for project management practitioners worldwide. They enable professionals in all industries to come together and exchange ideas while earning Professional Development Units (PDUs).
Global congresses are held annually in each region of the world — Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), North America and Latin America. They feature Areas of Focus presentations that cover both global and regional project management issues and emerging challenges, and apply to project managers of all skill levels and career stages.
Want to present at a PMI Global Congress?
Anyone can apply to be a speaker or presenter at a global congress, and it is easy to get started:
Step 1: Create a Personal Profile. This is a one-time process to register your name and contact information. No presentation information should be submitted during this step.
Step 2: Submit Your Proposal During the Call for Papers. Visit the individual congress’ site (Asia Pacific, EMEA, North America or Latin America) to submit your proposal.
Call for presentations for each PMI global congress begins on the Monday after the previous year’s congress closes and lasts approximately eight weeks.
