The web-based component of the Leadership Institute, PMI Learn provides nonstop access to a virtual learning environment, delivering content and resources to volunteer leaders. Participants can access learning activities such as online courses, instructor-led classes, documents and seminars that complement the Leadership Institute curriculum.
After receiving access to PMI Learn, first take the Leadership Skills Inventory, an assessment that helps you determine your level of leadership and points you in the direction of key areas to work on so that you can advance up the leadership ladder.
The catalog of PMI Learn offerings will continue to grow and, in the future, include a development plan, self-reported training and a web-based location to store your leadership development documentation. In the future, content also may be available in languages other than English.

Active PMI chapter, specific interest group (SIG) or college officers.
To access training courses, please follow these easy steps:
1. Log into the Component Leadership Online Community using your PMI username and password.Please contact Drew Ihlenfeld (at drew.ihlenfeld@pmi.org) if you have trouble logging in.
2. Click on the “Services” tab and find a link to “PMI Learn” at the bottom of that list of services.
